- Responsible for directing and assisting with the delivery and flow of qualified candidates to fill reqs on specific assigned MSP accounts within the Consumer & Industrial industry across the U.S.- Accountable for business development and sales performance by delivering qualified candidates to fulfill job requisitions. - Work with Branch Delivery Managers + Hub Delivery Managers and Recruiting Teams to submit to all job requirements.- Prioritize reqs to ensure highest priority and most easily filled reqs are apparent and covered by Delivery Teams.- Scorecard reviews with clients.- Perform as a leader and SME to address client needs.- Build and Maintain key relationships with the MSP team that will provide heads ups, advantages, and target market share.- Increase sell volume to the MSP client(s) to make less vendor neutral.- Help with guiding new sales employees along the path to being successful

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

- Engage in Business to Business sales with new and existing clients for supplemental staffing or long-term consulting engagements in the fields of Information Technology, Government & Defense, Healthcare, and Telecommunications.- Consistently communicate with Senior Level IT Directors and Management to understand their needs and help with future business opportunities.- Act as business partner to advise clients on the appropriate staffing model (staff augmentation, SOW, RPO, MSP, VMS) based on IT goals.- Possess sales skills in the areas of cold calling, closing, contract negotiating, prospecting, client management, customer service and delivery.- Identify, target and execute new business opportunities within key clients, markets and industries.- Maintain vendor relations by providing ongoing communication and problem resolution for internal and external employee conflicts and deficiencies.- Work closely with Delivery (Recruiting) Team to identify, screen and place technical resources.

- Perform full-lifecycle IT recruiting from the initial identification of prospective candidates to managing their expectations throughout the entire hiring process. - Recruit on a full range of skilled positions within the Infrastructure, Applications, and PMO fields of work. - Manage candidate and client relationships effectively through prompt follow up and response time. - Qualify requisitions, submit candidates, coordinate interviews, and receive/make offers by interacting with clients through onsite appointments, business meetings, email correspondence, and phone communication.
