I am currently an active-duty Air Force member. For the first 10 years if my career, I was an F-16 Crew Chief working on multiple different aircraft systems which took me all over the world to places like Japan, Italy, Korea, and a few other places in Southwest Asia. I wanted to take a more active role in the military so I changed careers and became a Sensor Operator. I have really enjoyed my decision to change careers I have done this job for a little over 9 years now and I am currently teaching the subject new recruits how to do this job. Seeing the lightbulb moment when someone finally gets something is extremely worth it. While I am still instructing, I am also managing the Wing Scheduling shop at Holloman AFB, NM. I work with multiple different bases and entities to ensure that airspace is clear for those that are flying in it. I am getting ready to retire in the next few months am looking forward to what I have laying ahead.
