From building and managing websites to implementing a CRM, I've spearheaded numerous tech projects that have significantly boosted our office's efficiency.My experience isn't just limited to tech. At the Business Career Center, I honed my skills in event planning and client satisfaction, further enhancing our client experiences by leveraging CRM systems to boost satisfaction rates and employee productivity.Colleagues often commend my communication skills, highlighting my knack for fostering team unity. Outside the professional realm, I'm an avid outdoors enthusiast who loves water activities— boating, kayaking, sailing, or river rafting.
