In my role as a Commissioning Agent at CBRE, I was involved at every stage of the project, from initial design to commissioning and final turnover. My responsibilities included participating in design reviews to ensure optimal system performance and project criteria were met. I participated in the authoring of comprehensive commissioning plans, formulating pre-functional checklists, and reviewing operational acceptance tests. Further, I took the lead in developing and executing functional acceptance tests. Finally, the production of detailed commissioning reports and system manuals added the cherry on top. Central to my role was the prioritization of clear and effective client communication, ensuring their needs were met and expectations surpassed throughout the entirety of the project delivery.

Working with a team and individually to bring water plants online through the coordination of manufacturer services, functional acceptance testing, and operational acceptance testing. Commissioning systems include; Dual Media Filters, Pump Stations, Chemical Dosing Systems, Biological Nutrient Removal (BNR), Membrane Bioreactors (MBR), Peroxide Quench (PQ), and some knowledge is large scale reverse osmosis and thermal systems.
