While working as a photo retoucher, I was already dabbling with Account Managing and handling of both our clients and Creative Team. This lead to my promotion to a new position as the Creative Team Lead. I am currently employed as a Mid-Level Photo Retoucher for Paper Boat Philippines, a Photography and Photo Retouching company based in Manila. We are well known as one of the top post-production and retouching companies in Asia that offer high quality images, on a 48-hour turnaround.My role as a Mid-Level Retoucher are:- Editing, retouching, processing, color correcting of high end images from E-commerce, editorial, jewelry, fashion, beauty, etc.- Color correction, matching images from different cameras and sets.- Ensure color consistency across all images.- Strong attention to detail: Crop digital images and maintain file size specifications.- Train Junior Retouchers on the quality, speed, and work flow required within the company.- Closely monitor the creative team to make sure that images are delivered on time.- Check the quality of the output being released by the creative team.- Reach out to potential clientele for any collaborative projects.- Photography during shoots.- Work closely with the Creative Director and oversee the day-to-day operations of our team.

I was recruited by Paper Boat Creative from my previous, Lemi, as a Junior Retoucher. My role are as follows:- Retouch, color correct, crop images according to style guides.- Color correction, matching images from different cameras and sets.- Ensure color consistency across all images.- Strong attention to detail: Crop digital images and maintain file size specifications.- Name and maintain digital asset organization.- Upload images to web servers in accordance to deadlines.- Perform quality assurance on all images.- Receive creative direction from stylists, photographers, and senior retouchers and make corrections when necessary.- Suggest ways to constantly improve the workflow.- Take initiative and be proactive about helping the retouch team and other studio teams.- Complete any other ad hoc duties within the studio when required.- Assist during photo shoots.

I was first employed as a Junior Photo Retoucher, then was promoted to Senior Photo Retoucher for Finds (now "Lemi"), a travel mobile app focused on integrating local-recommended hidden gems and tourist attractions to make itineraries for users. We’re a small, focused team of writers, researchers, and creatives.This mobile app features thousands of restaurants and hotels all over the world, my job is to make sure each place we recommend has vibrant, striking photos. I enhance photos that would inspire wanderlust of all users of the app.

I worked for Culture Shock Productions, an Ortigas-based production company as a director-in-training and as a producer. Our clients ranged from local to international networks such as Lifestyle Network, History Channel, Crime & Investigation, to name a few. I handled producer duties for projects such as a series of interstitials for Silk Air called "3 Days 2 Nights", director-in- training for Lifestyle Network shows "Listed" and "The Food That We Are", and I also assisted in the shooting of History Channel shows "History Hustle" and "Ride n' Seek".

Assisted the pre-production, production and post-production work for On The Wings of Love; I was also involved during pictorials, pre-production meetings, and tapings.
