In my dynamic role as Bar Supervisor at Pearl Dining, I played a pivotal role in the successful opening of this premier venue, leading the bar team through the challenges and triumphs of establishing a new dining destination. My responsibilities were comprehensive encompassing shift scheduling, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols, managing invoicing and purchasing, and conducting staff training to uphold our high standards of service.Under my supervision, and with the help of our amazing team, we were awarded 1 Hat from the SMH, cultivating a team that was not only proficient in their roles, but also shared a passion for the hospitality industry, contributing to a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere for our guests. My role at Pearl dining has been a rewarding journey of professional growth, leadership, and the opportunity to contribute to the venue's reputation as a distinguished dining experience.

Working as an experienced Mixologist/Lead Bartender, I have honed my skills in managing bar operations, creating innovative cocktail menus, and delivering exceptional customer service. I also possess a strong foundation in finance, specialising in strategic pricing, sales analysis, and profit optimisation.

As a Supervisor at Tilley and Wills Hotels, my role centered on overseeing daily operations with a keen focus on elevating costumer service and enhancing operational efficiency. My leadership was critical in managing a team of 5-8 (Runners, Bartenders, Floor Staff) ensuring staff were well-trained, motivate, and aligned with our mission to provide outstanding hospitality. Break Scheduling, Alcohol training and monitoring performance to guarantee that our services met the high standards our guests expected.

In my role as Assistant Store Manager at Zoomo, I spearheaded the Green Square Project, driving an expansion of our costumer base and consistently exceeding our KPIs during my tenure. Leading a team of 3-4 daily, my responsibilities spanned rostering, costumer due diligence, daily to-do's and training, showcasing my ability to manage diverse tasks with efficiency. My leadership contributed significantly to both team motivation and operational successes, setting new benchmarks in achieving and surpassing targets.
