Comencé a laborar en una empresa cuál no tenía controles de calidad estrictos en la producción de alimentos, al inciar empecé a aplicar paso a paso el sistema ISO 22000.Con ello se empezaron mejorar el sistema de elaboración de los alimentos y su inocuidad.posteriormente me enfoque en las mermas en la producción con ello, determinando los puntos críticos a resolver, resolviendo satisfactoriamente hasta el punto de obtener una reducción en la merma del 90%.Al final me enfoque en los tiempos de producción y la cantidad de producción bajo ese lapso de tiempo, implementando nuevas aptitudes a los empleados con ello mejorando en gran medida la producción final.En lo personal fue satisfactorio, ya que pude implementar parte de los conocimientos adquiridos en mi carrera y con ello aprendiendo en el proceso. actualmente busco nuevo reto.I started working in a company which did not have strict quality controls in food production, when I started I began to apply the ISO 22000 system step by step.This began to improve the food processing system and its safety.Later I focused on the losses in production with it, determining the critical points to resolve, solving satisfactorily to the point of obtaining a reduction in the loss of 90%.In the end I focus on the production times and the amount of production under that time frame, implementing new skills to the employees thereby greatly improving the final production.Personally, it was satisfactory, since I was able to implement part of the knowledge acquired in my career and thus learning in the process. I am currently looking for a new challenge.
