  I provide front line leadership of the federal courts' four mission-critical federal judiciary programs within district and bankruptcy courts. My branch implements judiciary policies and supports courts in complying with statutory requirements impacting the operations of the United States district and bankruptcy courts for these special programs. I serve as the product owner for program-related IT systems, building and managing program budgets, overseeing program contracts, presenting to federal judge advisory groups, and delivering training and regular communications to clerks of court about program initiatives.
