My time working for Austin Parks and Recreation from a young age taught me many of the important skills and concepts that I carry with me today. Working year around for almost three years helped me gain insight to the skills of leadership, communication, and teamwork. I was required to coordinate and communicate with other employers and later on lead these individuals from a leadership position. The role taught me so much that has helped me in the past and will continue to help me in the future.
