As an associate at Charles Aris Inc., I’m an active participant in each stage of the executive recruiting firm’s 14-Step Priority Search Process. I assist practice leaders internally as well as clients and candidates externally, connecting hiring authorities with the top professional talent their organizations demand.I’m personally responsible for vetting candidates with clients’ exact requirements in mind, using a discerning eye to locate and land prospective leaders who are qualified, available and interested. Above all, I manage the relationships among all parties to ensure strong and sustainable outcomes for each.
