I managed the daily operations for a medium-sized group of independent contractors operating under Directv. I worked extensively putting in 80-100 hours per week managing 10-15 technicians in central Arkansas and oversaw a manager in northern Arkansas who supervised five to six technicians. We were the premier install contractor in our area for Directv.

Subcontracted for several satellite companies that installed satellite systems for Directv. Promoted to Lead Technician due to my excellent troubleshooting abilities and customer service skills.

Listed and sold residential real estate. Held open houses to generate leads, contacted for sale by owner properties to generate listings as well as made door-to-door cold calls. I was trained by a 30 year veteran in the Little Rock area and eventually became her buyers agent.
