Assisted in restructuring the group, wrote all skills matrices, and job descriptions, and grew the team.- Mentored a variety of AMD engineers, product mangers, executive leadership, business development, and field staff. - Wrote AMD's cluster design and test process.- Designed and initiated the open source project aiStackDeploy, to automate the deployment and test of AMD clusters at scale.
