I oversaw the marketing for London and South East regions at FABRICA, a residential property developer.Reporting directly to the Group Sales and Marketing Director, I led the marketing for all our upcoming and current developments and our corporate brand. Key projects include the rebranding of Landsec, FABRICA and St John Ambulance.I organised extensive consumer research testing and helped with brand workshops to create BTR brand Inhabit.I also have extensive property experience both nationally and internationally, in residential and commercial. My clients include Magellan Development Group, Rocket Investments, Landsec and Harcourt House.I had four direct reports and was the project manager for the company's rebrand from Bostock and Pollitt to Pollitt & Partners.

I have presented design concepts and best practice audits to clients.I have copywriting experience and have run an internal naming workshop.
