I am a degree-qualified IT supervisor and team manager with over 20 years employment in the field of IT Services Management and IT Infrastructure Project Management specifically related to Network & Voice Telecommunications installation and operation.My core experience both as an operational manager and a project manager have provided me with skills in planning, organisation, design, implementation, risk and resource assessment, management of client facing, staff and contractual relationships, budgetary and financial administration supplemented by a strong technical background in IT and telecommunications.These skills have been developed and improved by the training in industry-standard best practice frameworks such as ITEL and Prince 2 whilst adhering to prevailing industrial and workplace health and safety legislation.My project management experience encompasses all stages of the project lifecycle from initial bid process, procurement, client capture requirements, design, pilot, multiple-phased installation, test and delivery.
