I am an experienced IT Support professional with exposure to the software and healthcare industries. I have a great interest in data analytics and, with my previous exposure to Healthcare, I am seeking a role to improve health outcomes for people. I have helped hundreds of end users resolve their software and IT problems and I want to translate that passion to help improve the quality of healthcare with the use of data analytics. My passion for this comes from my exposure to the healthcare industry through a support role along with my analytical mindset and curiosity about the potential of clinical data that is being collected. I helped a private medical practice, Family Practice Center of Brandon transition to a paperless electronic health record system during the Meaningful Use reform. This transition started an endless collection of healthcare data for every healthcare provider. This collected data holds the opportunity to be leveraged to make healthcare better for everyone. I strongly believe that data is one of the main keys to drive value and solutions in the healthcare industry. I love using online learning and networking to acquire the skills and insights to find that value. I love to hear and communicate with others to learn about the ways that today’s issues are being handled.
