Level 3 Senior Engineer
Current- Provide IT support and services with 98% of customer satisfaction by executing more than 30 migrations to Office 365 for medium and large clients avoiding data connectivity issues and instructing users on troubleshooting steps.- Provide Level 3 support for Microsoft Server Operating Systems and Networks; Microsoft Workstation Operating Systems and Applications; Powershell Scripting for tasks automation, Microsoft Exchange; Microsoft Terminal Services; Microsoft Remote Desktop; SBS Servers Migration and Fortinet/Cyberoam/Sonicwall support. - Provide clients with support for Azure workloads and active directory integrations.- Monitor Technology roadmap to communicate strategies with the service lead team and to inform progress and recommendations to senior management.- Provides field support for required escalations on Server and Network hardware for Datacenter and clients operations.- Configure and mantain Active Directory, Group Policy, SAN, VPN, Antivirus, VLAN, Veeam, Firewall, and Switches.
