February 2011 – April 2015Assistant Manager – Full TimePerformed all duties related to a retail Assistant Manager in a 5 - 7 million dollars high volume store, and my department of responsibility was the Store Operations.Accomplishments:•Lead a total staff of +35 associates with a 90%+ successful retention rate.•Increase store’s UPT and Conversion by 1% for 3 consecutive years.•I was selected from the District to be trained for a General Manager position.•Increased store’s Customer Opinion Service from 80% to over 90%; the highest score in the District.•Contributed to maintain an Employee Opinion Survey score between 89-100%. •As the Operations Manager:o For 3 years controlled store expenses to achieve budget goal. o For 3 consecutive years maintained overtime hours below 1%.o Contributed to achieve a pass rating between 79% - 100% for the Store Compliance Audit and the Loss Prevention Audit. Monitor plant processes, equipments, rooms, and systems to avoid accidents and protect the product, and take water samples.Accomplishments:•Prevented accidental ignitions.•Recognized and reacted to abnormal operating conditions & safety related conditions such as drastic changes in temperatures.•Successfully performed pressure testing for pipelines.•Properly took water samples by Standard Operating Procedures from every water spot in the plant for later testing from the microbiology laboratory personnel.
