• Led the development of the inter-row movable trolley (IRM) robot, to vertically integrate the robotic PV module cleaning process; projected savings of approximately $1000 per cleaning robot.• Developed conceptual and technical specifications for the IRM, including detailed design drawings, testing strategies, implementation methods, and a roadmap for future development.• Liaised with potential and existing vendors from the UAE and China for the IRM to establish working relationships with Enerwhere through RFIs and RFQs.• Designed, prototyped, and tested a manual push cleaning cart for PV modules which saves time and money where human manual cleaning is required and when fully autonomous cleaning robots cannot be deployed.• Actively engaged with certification agencies like PI Berlin and TUV Nord to understand and build the framework of robotic cleaning and module coating certifications.
