Construction Delay Expert Witness (Getuige deskundige) Jouke van der Schors is a registred Dutch court expert (LRGD). He has extensive experience of major international disputes, and has acted for contractors as well as for asset owners in Europe and the Middle East. He has been appointed Delay Expert Witness in various cases including: real estate development, power plant construction, pipeline construction, shipbuilding (UNUM), offshore construction, and pharmaceutical projects. He has testified in international arbitration.
