Jouni leads Solita's group level commercial development. This comprises of e.g. industry, tech and phenomenon derived domains as well as strategic offering and R&D. In his role, Jouni is a member of Solita's extended group leadership team.

Over the past few years Solita has gradually been implementing competence areas around specific domains: Mobility years back, followed by Health, and most recently Industrial in the end of 2021. Jouni has been co-ordinating the work since May 2021.From the start of 2022, Jouni is responsible of building domains further on Solita level, across the countries and business units. These are the areas Jouni is working with:- Steering domain related endeavours across the units and borders, reporting to group leadership team- Forming and implementing structures and ways of working for domains- Supporting domains to excel with their main goals- Preparing investment proposals (new domains, talents, R&D, etc.)- Analyzing domain specific competence and offering needs- Coordinating internal and external domain-related communications- Linking domains, R&D, and offering development initiatives- Compiling domain related insightsAlongside this, Jouni carries on his consulting duties for Solita's strategic customers.

Jouni leads the development of Solita's mobility related expertise. Mobility is the number one of Solita’s business areas, with 25 M€ of yearly turnover.
