I realized numerous training for delivering the program "Work Readiness Skills" in:- NGO's in Bitola, Macedonia- Employment State Agency Bitola, Macedonia2. I realized training for new trainers from Prilep, Gostivar and Stip NGO's to deliver WRC Program.3. Jury member for assessing and select best career portfolio competition in Macedonia.4. Evaluated and monitor the new facilitators from Employment State Agencies in Prilep and Skopje, Macedonia5. Trained the future trainers from Macedonian NGO's how to deliver the Inclusive Work Readiness Curriculum Program, for participants with disabilities. 6. Coached the new trainers on delivering WRC program to participants with disabilities. Mentoring the NGO "Zdruzenie na mladi i studenti so hendikep" to undertake project with USAID Project "YES Network".
