CEFE Macedonia is an association of citizens founded in 2008 in Skopje, Macedonia.
We mainly work with young adults and organizations for promoting and raising entrepreneurship and self employ-ability skills. The main activity of CEFE Macedonia is training of entrepreneurs, their competitiveness on the market, their skills, entrepreneurial characteristics, but also training of Marketing, management, business planning, investments, finance management, cash flow...
The mission of CEFE Macedonia is to improve entrepreneurial performance of economic actors by stimulating entrepreneurship and business development skills. Vision of CEFE Macedonia is the organization to become well-established institution that will provide incubation and acceleration services for economic growth in the region.
CEFE Macedonia works according to CEFE methodology, which stands for Competency based Economies through Formation of Enterprise. The methodology represents an accumulation of instruments for entrepreneurship training combined with active and dynamic approach to work and methods of empirical learning in order to develop and improve managerial and individual skills. So far, this methodology has proved as successful approach in promotion of development of small and medium enterprises, new jobs, generating revenue and economic growth.
CEFE exist in a more than 100 countries worldwide.
CEFE is present in Macedonia since 1997, when the first group of CEFE Trainers was trained. It was the first CEFE ToT organized in the Balkans.
