PERNOD RICARD ADRIATICS (SLO,CRO,BIH,SRB,MNE)• BUSINESS ANALYSIS AND PLANNING•Preparation of reports on PR ADR performance from the top line to DOST performance.•Results review, profitability analysis, variance analysis against targets, budgets and estimates, customers P/L, brands P/L, (KPI – DSO; DPA; DFC; DAC, Stock ratio, volumes, price, BQ, market, customer mix effects).•Central liaison for budget interactions with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing and IT teams, B/S estimates preparation.•„ad hoc analysis”, in sales matters (free of charge goods), supply chain matters (transfer prices analyses, Brexit effects, marketing.FINANCIAL SERVICES AND REPORTING•Preparation of the volume report on a weekly / monthly basis for Serbia and Montenegro market.•Support Chef accountant in the month-end closing process and day to day tasks.•Follow up on approval and issuing of financial credit and debit notes to customers.•Reconciliation of accounts between the EPR and BI tool.•Monthly Reporting of P&L down to CAAP.•Contribution to the implementation of Navision, Power BI, and Tagetik.•Master data maintenance.• INTERNAL AND CREDIT CONTROL•Assist HOF in check procedures.•Check and ensure compliance with DOA, group and local procedures.•Tracking SOD changes, identifying incompatible duties risks and suggesting compensating controls to mitigate the risks, checking are the employee’s IT access rights are in line with the HOF approved ones.•Monitor WCN, prepare the accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivables (AR) ageing balance reports, and compare actual vs target DSO, DPA, stock ratio, DFC, and cash collection.•Control of fulfilment of obligations in contracts with HoReCa outlets. • IT COORDINATION•Manage local IT budget and coordinate the work of 1st level IT support.
