I am a Systems & Network Analyst with over 10 years of experience providing IT support and administration for The Bank of Canton, a regional bank with a strong reputation and customer base. My mission is to ensure the security and integrity of the bank's data and systems and to deliver effective and efficient IT solutions for all levels of users.In my current role, I manage various aspects of the bank's IT infrastructure, such as Bitlocker encryption, DUO MFA, MobileIron MDM, Windows Server, Barracuda web and mail, and Symantec Endpoint. I also support Fiserv's core banking products, which are essential for the bank's operations and services. I use Lansweeper, Virtual PC, and computer hardware skills to handle helpdesk tickets, builds, and asset inventory. I work with a diverse and collaborative team and constantly seek to learn new skills and technologies. I have a strong interest and expertise in cybersecurity and cloud technologies and am currently pursuing Network+ certification. I value teamwork, innovation, and customer service and strive to contribute to the bank's vision and goals.
