Supported 3 branches with up to 13 sales reps. Trained all their customers who were sold to on their Sharp/Xerox devices. From walk up, to print drivers, setting up XSA, working with IT managers. Lastly I supported 5 branches with up to 30 sales reps, also training on all Xerox devices they sold. Was also responsible for product training with all reps, ensuring they were comfortable and competent in doing their own demos. Covered large territories. From Palm Springs to San Diego and then out to Ventura.

Had dedicated base of customers that I would book loads, track loads, ensure timely pick up as well as delivery. Provided POD's. Worked directly with drivers via Qualcomm. Built very good customer relations with all customers.
