In this role, I’m a guide to helping people find the perfect bike, direct them to the service area to have their bike tuned up, and maintain daily retail tasks. Creating customer relationships and maintaining them through their cycling journey is another important aspect of hospitality and increase revenue.

Within the Account Management role at Signature Inc my duties range from creating personal relationships with customers, taking on leadership roles that include training and developing Distributors, along with maintaining consistent growth within the management program.

Aside from being proficient in Roommaster, checking in guests and managing folios, my title includes being mentored in revenue management, creating resort packages and maintaining communication between all departments including the hotel, winery, and golf pro shop.

Recruited by the executive director of sales, this is the first time in the Hospitality industry. At the front desk I interact with customers and the entire staff of the hotel, making sure that the check-in/check-out process is smooth, that rooms are to our guest's standards along with the billing and routing of their stays.

Within a year of hard work and the opportunity to develop leadership skills, my role as Key Holder includes supervising and managing the flow of the sales floor; encouraging and helping team member reach daily/weekly goals and making sure every guest is satisfied and serviced.

This job was where I was first tested with leadership. As a 19 year old, I had a few years of experience on top of the newer high school associates so amongst selling credit cards and cashiering, I helped my fellow associates with the flow and cleanliness of the store.
