Baker PR was founded by Joy in March 2011 after leaving a very successful PR career in London spanning 15 years. Specialising in the development and implementation of PR campaigns for the Interiors & Design sector, Baker PR was set up so I could provide smaller and emerging brands with the creation and delivery of effective PR campaigns that are not only affordable but delivered high-quality editorial and brand-building results.

After being head-hunted from Camron PR, I moved to Halpern PR heading up a 6 strong team that represented and promoted a wide range of luxury brands and designers such as Taylor Howes Designs, Joanna Wood, Marks & Spencer Home & Technology, AGA Rangemaster Brands (La Cornue, Falcon, Mercury, Rangemaster), Grange Furniture, Poliform & Varenna, bulthaup kitchens, Roundhouse Kitchens, Lalique Crystal and The General Trading Company.

Starting as a Press Officer, I worked my way up to Account Manager I managed PR campaigns for Selfridges Home, The Conran Shop, Waterford Crystal, Ronseal, Black & Decker Stuart Crystal, Cristofle, Twyford Bathrooms and Mira Showers amongst other market leaders.
