I began my career as a teacher in mainstream primary schools where I particularly enjoyed working with SEND students. I decided to pursue this further and have been working as a secondary special needs teacher for students with a diagnosis of Autism ever since.I love further study and to implement my learning to improve my practice. I have developed my leaderships skills in recent years in roles such as Faculty Leader and Assistant Headteacher.
