Over the 4-weeks consultation experience, I have gained the opportunity to take part in the Global Scope Program for 2021, where we act as the Student Consulting Team to complete a New Market Entry Strategy Project for 3 Princes Cinema and Events. We have developed personas for the potential customers, identified segmentation, size, growth and value of the target market. I was responsible for building SWOT and Porter's five forces model, analyzing external environments and providing competitive insights considering different market forces, and to develop strategic planning. This program provided me with valuable insight into the real life application of business operations.

We engaged in the market research and analysis for Dove Air looking to expand its business in Kenya.I was responsible to research the Political, Economic, Social/ Cultural, Technological, Environmental and Legal factors of Drone in Kenya market, applied theoretical knowledge and developed problem solving skills through providing valuable insights to a business client.
