During my time as FP&A Manager, my main responsibilities are:- Group Targets Alignment Assurance: Ownership of ensuring that business unit financial performance was aligned with targets(EBITDA, Organic Growth etc,) set by group guidance, actively monitoring budget and forecast adherence.- Business Partnering & Stakeholder Engagement: Acted as a business partner to cross-functional teams, including Operations, QA, Safety and Supply Planning, monitoring and tracking operational performance, engaging stakeholders with gap analysis and key drivers- Managing and optimizing financial reporting processes, ensuring seamless and accurate consolidation of financial data across diverse business units or regions, and implemented standardization for efficiency.- Led Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Full ownership of tracking financial and operational KPIs, delivering actionable insights and driving initiatives to enhance business performance.

During my time as FP&A Analyst, my main responsibilities are:- Assisted building APAC regional reporting capacities, streamlining financial data consolidation and analysis across 8 bakeries - Built comprehensive financial models to support trend, variance and margin analysis, driving strategic decision-making for the region- Led the tracking and analysis of key financial KPIs, including FFOH, cost to produce, cost to serve and FTE etc, identifying key drivers of variance and implementing solutions to optimize cost efficiency- Assisted in preparation of financial reports to group senior management, ensuring data-driven decisions for sustainable growth.
