• Driving a variety of lead generation activities, cultivating referral relationships with local and professional networks (e.g. local community organizations, senior centers, doctors, rotary clubs, Chambers of Commerce, churches, hospital discharge planners, etc.) and existing residents to develop a pipeline of new prospective residents.• Collaborating with the Holiday Retirement team to convert leads from referral and professional lead generation sources to confirmed move-ins. • Negotiating move-in agreements and terms with prospective residents.• Understanding the competition and their product and price offering in order to maintain our competitive advantage.
