In 2002, after an epiphany on controlling my own destiny, I decided to pursue a full-time real estate career. My name is Felicia “Joy” Davis. I have over 15 years in the real estate industry, representing buyers, sellers, tenants in their real estate transactions, property management, and more in the state of Maryland and Washington, DC. With a thorough knowledge and understanding of many facets of the real estate industry I have maintained an impeccable reputation for protecting my client's interest and confidentiality while negotiating contracts, leases and implementing marketing strategies without compromising my integrity or professional service. I am well respected among colleagues, clients and friends. In May 2006 I joined Inclusions & Associates Real Estate, a full-service real estate company. I give a high level of commitment to my real estate education, and mentoured by true leaders with over 35 or more years in the real estate industry. With that mentorship, I was taught how to complete numerous real estate transactions generating millions in sales volume. I have a strong base of loyal clients of whom I work closely with. I am consistent and have proven my ability to satisfy their needs while buying, listing or leasing homes and office space. I’ve sustained this industry even through its turbulent downturns and incredibly competitive sales environment. Clients trust that I will get the job done and keep them up to date on the real estate market and it’s trends. Prior to my real estate career I've worked in Group Insurance environments coordinating medical, dental, vision, pension & annuity plans. In 2009 I passionately started a business in home staging, decoration and estate sales.
