Americas Hiring Coordinator
Current•Provide administrative support for the day-to-day operations of America’s Always On Hiring efforts, inclusive of confirming interviewers, maintain a log of changes to report on as necessary, partner and communicate closely with various key stakeholders.•Maintain communication channels, track, and maintain various distribution lists. Ensure necessary communications are sent as required. •Partner closely with GTA to execute and complete existing program objectives in alignment with the organization’s growth strategy.•Partner with the Chief of Staff offices to follow up on any program related requirements such as changes to Hiring Squads.•Partner with BSO to align on hiring demand details in the Hiring Tracker as needed.•Support and participate in the integration of GTA best practices into the LOBs•Partner with GTA to develop reactive training programs and leads educational session for both employees and people leaders.•Research and analyze data and present reports on trends, new project suggestions, and current program goals and progress.•Develop, review, and revise program policies and procedures.•Provide advice and counsel on updating and interpreting programs.
