The job involves the Engineering study of the system, its Automation requirements and designing the system according to that, making wiring Drawings, monitoring the shop floor work, final inspection and testing of the panel. Complete PLC Logic, SCADA development of the system and its Commissioning on site.Electrical Panel Commissioning & Electrical Circuit Trouble-shooting:- Trouble-shooting of electrical circuit diagram, relay logic, testing/checking of various electrical component i.e. switchgears, PLC & HMI etc.- Provide guidance & help to electricians/technicians.Automation Involves:- Input/Output list preparation.- Hardware selection as per requirement.- Testing & trouble shooting PLC Program during commissioning.Commissioning Activity Involves:- Preparation of Plan to execute commissioning activity.- Co-ordination with customer & Production Dept. for short supply materials & for proper execution of project.- Provide guidance to commissioning team for electrical work.- Checking interconnecting wiring.- Testing PLC program & modification as per requirement.- Performing load trials- Providing operation, maintenance & safety training to operation & maintenance dept.- Execute whole project considering safety of person working in area.
