As a Senior Manager in the Activation Services department I oversee those employees responsible for delivering public and private training engagements as well as those who provide consulting services on Applied Epic and our extended solutions. With a group of Managers and Team Managers, we work along side our staff to provide them with the coaching, education, and training materials that provide them the opportunity to be excellent in their interaction with our clients.

As a Manager in Education Services my responsibilities include onboarding new employees as well as providing staff development sessions throughout the year for all product instructors. The onboarding process prepares new employees to train our clients on functionalities of Applied Epic, Applied CSR24, and Indio. In addition, frequent staff development sessions are planned and delivered to help all Education Services employees expand their knowledge of Applied Epic and our other extended solutions.

Current responsibilities include managing a team of product instructors, help with the onboarding of new employees, and help to create documentation for the education department - both internal and client facing. In addition to management responsibilities I continue to travel to organizations across the country conducting client training and consultative engagements for those using the Applied Epic product.

As a Product Instructor with Applied Systems I travel around the country to teach insurance agencies how to use the Applied Systems, Epic, Agency Management System. Current responsibilities include teaching users how to navigate the system and perform their daily work, teaching agencies how to design custom forms, and how to create template letters and proposals. Consultative work includes helping agencies develop workflows suited to their organization, how to optimize their workflows, and configuration planning. Travel area includes East Coast to Mid-West and other areas as needed.

Market large corporate accounts to various insurers; handle client service requests; review insurance policies for accuracy; help prepare workflows for using the Epic agency management system.
