As a Senior Manager in the Activation Services department I oversee those employees responsible for delivering public and private training engagements as well as those who provide consulting services on Applied Epic and our extended solutions. With a group of Managers and Team Managers, we work along side our staff to provide them with the coaching.

As a Manager in Education Services my responsibilities include onboarding new employees as well as providing staff development sessions throughout the year for all product instructors. The onboarding process prepares new employees to train our clients on functionalities of Applied Epic, Applied CSR24, and Indio. In addition, frequent staff development.
