I consider myself to be a Change Agent. To that end my life objectives are:➢ To encourage, coach and inspire Change Agents who are dedicated/committed to a continuous shifting of priorities away from self to God and away from self to otherso Change agents mean they are actively engaged in changing how our world thinks and relates.o Dedicated/Committed means it is a conscious choice to change and to seek to change others.o Continuous means the change process is on-going.➢ To influence the shaping and direction of a thriving, relevant ministry for Jesus Christ.o Influence means to play a key leadership roleo Thriving means, not just numerical growth, but deep abiding principle that influences everything we do.o Relevant means with the times (contemporary), not based soley on traditions from our past.➢ To be part of a leadership who stretches and supports one another.o Teams mean an association of equalso Stretches mean we push or pull one another beyond the obvious things of Godo Support means after all the pushing and pulling is done, we hold one another up even in giftings we may not understand.And I always KNOW that Jesus Christ is the Primary Change Agent!!
