Manage a portfolio of ~20 seed stage series a startups to support their growth into high potential innovative companies, with lifecycle management of key portfolio companies from origination, due diligence to deal structuring

Responsible for all debt and equity financing, debt refinancing and capital markets activities of the Company and overseeing cash and liquidity management, financial risk management and stewardship, raising funds from the equity capital markets through initial public offerings and placements and other common operations.

Responsible for Venture Capital and Private Equity due diligence, including financial modeling, references and investment recommendations from co-investors, company CEO statements, and recruitment and screening of global private equity groups
