CurrentI am currently a warehouse supervisor, responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations and ensuring that they run smoothly and efficiently. My role involves managing all warehouse activities , assigning tasks, and setting priorities to meet daily sale goals. I also handle inventory management, track stock levels, and ensure that products are organized for quick retrieval. Safety is a top priority, so I regularly conduct safety checks and enforce protocols to minimize workplace accidents. Additionally, I collaborate with other departments to coordinate stock shipments and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods. My communication and problem-solving skills are essential as I address any issues that arise and work to optimize warehouse processes for maximum productivity.
