Focus: Responsible for the successful delivery of on time and on budget conversions of client account and financial data from one financial services company to another. Also provided support to back office operations for Fees, Capital Access and Retirement Plan Services. Ingesting and manipulating data provide by a variety of third party vendors to cohesively map client and financial data into existing databases. Using interviews, requirement gathering meetings and documented workflows, elicit requirements from business partners for development recommendations. Creating, maintaining and publishing requirements, testing and implementation documents using industry standard tools and methodologies. Supported business users during testing activities.
