Hi! My name is Joy Miller. I have been in the accounting field for many years working for three different CPA firms and remaining under the same roof during each transition. I have served clients in various capacities including staff accountant and eventually office manager. Joining forces with Kruggel Lawton has allowed me to return to more “hands on” client work which I enjoy. One of the things I enjoy most is the variety of bookkeeping and tax work for a wide client base. We now have a significant tax, audit, and valuation practice, along with many other services, which guarantees there is never a dull moment. Despite the busy atmosphere, we have the feel of a small, local firm with all the benefits of sharing the expertise and experienced staff of a large national firm. On a personal note, I enjoy quilting, fabric shopping at Yoders in Shipshewana, reading and going to craft shows. I especially have a weakness for handmade jewelry! I have been known to spoil our yellow lab, Molly, and stray cat, Sam, who adopted us. Molly and Sam have us trained just the way they like us because we certainly mind well! My husband, Christopher and I will share 37 years of marriage (happily I might add) in November 2016.
