An E-Commerce passion project that I ideated, executed and launched. The e-commerce platform's primary target audience was the gen-z audience and we were aiming to reach them through university business ecosystems. Leading a team of four, we conducted data collection through social media and on-campus activations to validate the idea and establish product-market fit through explorative data analysis.

Accomplishments- Co-ordinated routine data collection, collation, data entry and data quality analysis in 10+ public health facilities across 2 sub counties - Processed large data sets to generate periodic and annual reports that enhanced cross-departmental collaboration across the Ministry of Health, NASCOP and the donor.- Coordinated continuous quality improvement initiatives that have improved health care worker output by 28% and data quality by 25%- Coached less experienced M&E staff and mentored 15+ students in 2022.

I supported Embu Level 5 hospital in data collection, collation and entry using KenyaEMR, Istream and MOH tools, routine data quality analysis, ETL and database administration until April 2022 under Jamii Tekelezi Program.

Accomplishments:- Worked to understand how existing product line could be leveraged to increase customer retention through increasing product usage- Conducted market research and segmentation alongside the team to ascertain feasibility for diversifying the product line.- saw through the rollout of 3 marketing campaigns that converted into sales and boosted ROI by 300%- Reviewed and interpreted user feedback, conducted research to stay on top of trends, reporting insights to team.

Built BCDIP's (training arm of the company) digital marketing strategy from the ground up targeting different audiences across a wide range of channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter & Email).

Customer service delivery to MKOPA solar customers through the call center.

Working under the social empowerment office I helped enter and manage information in the hospital information management system at Beacon of Hope Ongata Rongai and perfomed verification of data integrity before delivery of monthly reports. I also assisted in Monitoring and Evaluation of the social empowerment project for people living with HIV/AIDS.

Collected the required student data from a population of 320 pupils which led to registration of 210 pupils (3/4 of pupil population) successfully on National Education Management Information System (NEMIS).
