CurrentI developed my customer service abilities working as a cashier at Dollarama, where I processed transactions quickly in a busy retail setting. I improved my communication skills by answering questions and resolving problems to give clients a satisfying shopping experience. In order to maximize store operations, I also had to manage cash registers, keep precise financial records, and work with other team members.
