• Oversee defined contribution plan administration ensure compliance with government regulations and Plan documents.• Provide rules interpretation, decision support for participant escalations and claims, liaise and make solid recommendations to internal and external legal counsel• Manage benefits claim & appeals process; including researching applicable plan terms, governing laws, administrative practices and prior inquiry/claim history• Direct and monitor external suppliers to ensure highest quality delivery of service in accordance with SLAs and business objectives• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance customer experience and provide higher efficiencies of the administration processes• Provide support to compensation and benefits lead inclusive of research, analytics, and third party data collection as required for all benefits programs• Analyze delivery trends, provide recommendations and execute on process improvements to drive productivity and improved service delivery• Lead & execute projects on time and budget, with 100% accuracy understanding and complying with the AOP process aligning with the overall business strategy inclusive of: launching new products and services, completing policy/benefit changes including benefit program standardization, vendor changes or consolidation, acquisitions, divestitures, & changes due to ratified contracts or legislation• Collaborate on the implementation of new supplier partnerships to optimize efficiency of administrative resources and processes and minimize cost of services• Serve as Global Benefits lead point of contact for Acquisition and Divestitures analyzing acquired company benefits and managing transition to Honeywell benefit offerings

Manage the client relationships for several mega accounts focused on retirement benefits, responsible for all aspects of the relationship.Participate in RFP responses and sales finals presentations.Conduct periodic service reviews, presenting service level achievements and discussing new products and services.Review the P/L to maximize client profitability and make adjustments when necessary.Maintain knowledge of ERISA laws and regulations as applicable to the retirement industry.
