As Program and Communications Coordinator, I execute the daily operations that keep DSNMC running and serve our members, volunteers, partners and board. I work collaboratively with DSNMC’s volunteer board of directors to implement initiatives and programs to support the organization’s mission.• Respond to incoming emails and phone calls from members, new families, health care workers and the general public in a timely manner. Assign calls to relevant board members and volunteers as needed and ensure timely follow-up by those parties.• Support planning and manage execution of various aspects of DSNMC events, both large and small, including scheduling of conference rooms, management of registration systems, ordering of supplies, completion of permit applications, vendor contracting, publicity, attendee questions, responding to attendee requests and volunteer management. • Provide onsite event management and logistics support for in-person and virtual events and meetings. • Oversee email communications with DSNMC members, including program/event promotion and the production of a weekly e-newsletter. • Manage administrative functions on DSNMC member listserv, website and social media accounts. • Utilize Network for Good Donor Management System
