Change is good. And it can be fun if you let it. My mission in life is to help people get through change. It can be personal, professional, cultural, organizational, it doesn’t matter. I became a Board Certified Coach to help individuals face the changes in their life, uncover new things they need to learn about themselves and the world around them, and move forward. My chosen profession as a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Consultant allows me to help organizations of all kinds embrace the changes happening around them and adapt themselves so they can move forward – profitably and perpetually. Some of my clients might call me disruptive, unapologetic, or unconventional. I welcome those accolades because that is my goal! Accepting change is hard but adapting to those changes is beneficial to all involved. I take great personal pride and pleasure in using my unconventional methods to ease individuals and organizations into a new era – with the occasional shock to the system.
