Regional Manager of the Inpatient and Outpatient Coding Teams for a 4 hospital system in the Mid-Atlantic region with Trinity Health including St. Mary Medical Center, Mercy Catholic Medical Center at Mercy Fitzgerald, Nazareth Hospital, and St. Francis Healthcare of Wilmington Delaware.

Manage inpatient coding staff, manage and write appeals and denials for all payers including RAC, code inpatient accounts, support the Clinical Documentation Specialists with documentation requirements and chart review, manage and perform inpatient coding audits, education medical staff on documentation requirements, manage retrospective physician queries, report writing utilizing Meditech, IT technical support and trouble shooting for all remote staff in coding and HIM, DNFB management as part of revenue cycle, hospital HAC and incident review and reporting, member of many hospital teams such as Pressure Ulcer Team, Heart Failure Team so assist with reduction of occurrances or readmissions.
