i am so excited to be apart of the this unbelievably talented and diverse team at get your gift here. get your gift here is a growing company that specializes in graphic design and unique gift assembly and distribution. my role in this company is to manage, organize and create a system that takes great pride in our employees through extending proper and unique training programs that allow them to flourish in there individual giftings and talents. As we have grown together as a team and family with the knowledge that each person with there talent is a highly valued asset to our company running at a standard of excellence we are then able to move on to the projects at hand. my next role in this company is to manage our ever growing projects by distributing each part in an organized manner to the appropriate team member while overseeing each employee and trouble shooting any set backs. Through implementing this system i hope to present a team of employees that attained to a standard of excellence so as to attract customers that notice we are set apart from other companies, unique in our abilities and highly qualified to handle any job they may have for us.
