- Manage campaigns and client accounts, including strategic planning, presentation, reports, and execution- Content development and management for AARP Chinese website and WeChat account- Lead agency's transcreation team, managing in-language copywriters in 18 Asian languages

- Manage daily content updates for three Chinese websites (nychaobao.com, sfshibao.com, and goyow.com) and their social media platforms (Facebook, WeChat, Weibo, and IG) under the New-A property;- Manage ad spends for sponsored Facebook and Weibo posts;- Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns;- Reply followers' comments on social platforms, follow up any negative mentions or immediate issues; - Keep track of SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic;- Communicate with other in-language (Chinese and/or bilingual) social accounts and influencers (KOLs, bloggers, youtubers, Instagramers, etc) to reach potential partnerships;- Communicate with AE and creative departments and produce creative social contents for clients;- 管理New-A旗下三大中文網站（紐約潮報，舊金山時報和goyow網）的日常內容及發布；- 管理三個網站所對應的社交平台的內容更新，常用平台包括：facebook、微信公眾號、微博及Instagram；- 管理三個Facebook賬號的廣告推廣及投放；- 制定長期有效的內容年報表，因應不同的節日推出相應內容及舉辦各項線上、線下的社交活動；- 保持與粉絲互動，包括：回答粉絲的提問，回應留言，查看是否存在惡意抨擊等；- 查看並記錄三大網站的每日瀏覽量以及每篇報導的點擊率；- 聯繫其他有影響力的中文媒體平台（官網、個人博客、YouTubers、中外網紅等），以尋求網絡資源共享合作；- 與客戶服務部以及創作部緊密合作，為客戶編寫廣告推廣內容及線上活動

- Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality contents for the three Chinese websites (nychaobao.com, sfshibao.com, and goyow.com) under New-A property;- Create a regular daily publishing schedule for facebook, weibo, and wechat content updates;- Keep track of new page likes, fans increase, and site traffic;- Interact with fans, follow up with fans's questions, comments and opinions;- Promote content through social advertising;- 為New-A旗下的三大中文網站（紐約潮報、舊金山時報及goyow網）編寫有趣、創新、高品質的文章內容；- 為三個網站相應的社交平台（facebook、微博及微信公眾號）制定持續有效的自動發佈時間表；- 查看並記錄每日新增粉絲數、網站瀏覽量及文章的點擊率；- 保持與粉絲互動：回复留言和評論，回答問題，及時對惡意留言作出反應；- 利用社交平台的廣告投放推廣網站及內容
