I interacted with the FUNSOFT a Hospital Management Information Systems and LMISware a Laboratory Management Information Systems. I configured networks within the institution's departments and set up new stations. I carried out software and hardware maintenance. I installed,set up and configured a Closed Circuit Television. I was at a call center desk on the ICT department receiving grievance of various departments and delegating to fellow interns for effectiveness and efficiency within the affected departments. I configured the receipt printers that were failing and crimped ethernet cables for setting up new stations and replacing the spoilt ones. I configured an IP phones that were failing in different departments for seamless communication. I did rotation every morning in every department to ensure they were operating smoothly. I was also able to interact with different departments to understand their operations. I also interact with the control room and the server.

I received guests and captured their details in the visitors book. I performed data entry , data cleaning and data management of voters. I registered and verified voters through the Kenya Integrated Elections Management System by capturing their biometrics and their bio-data and issuing a voters card. I acted as an interface between my bosses and guests making way to the offices while they were away on mission.
