Arizona Nurses Association (AzNA) is the oldest and largest professioanl organization for registered nurses in the state.We are a member of the American Nurses Association(ANA).We are not a union but do workplace advocacy programs to help make work environments better for nurses .We also lobby for legislature, do work in public policy and provide continuing education.I am responsible for the operations and management and implemenation of the strategic plan set by our board .We are a 501C6 and have a 501C3 foundation that does fundraising and provides scholarships for nurses.
